Try our new Budget By Paycheck! This Google Sheets spreadsheet is beginner friendly, easy to use, and a great tool to help you plan your finances. It is a template already set up to use with 12 months already laid out for you, and an ANNUAL tab which sums up all the months.
You can use it as a Monthly tracker, a Weekly budget, or a biweekly budget. Simply input your income, set your budget, and record your transactions in the Transactions Log. The spreadsheet will do the rest of the work for you. It will add up all the categories, automatically calculate totals, and generate useful graphs to show you how your spending compare to the budgets you've set.
An overview table clearly shows you how your actual spending compare to the budgets you've set up for each category.
Complete flexibility in setting up your subcategories allows you more info to customize this budget. The subcategories you set then become the drop down menus in your Transactions log.
You can use any currency you want, no matter which country you are in. Simply change the currency in one place only, and the whole spreadsheet will update for you.
Most budget spreadsheets do not offer an ANNUAL total. This one does! Know how much you spend on buying coffee out for the whole year! Or how much are lunches adding up to for the whole year? What about visits to the saloon, barber, alcohol or cigarettes? What other leaks are there in your financial bookkeeping habits that are leaking money unnoticed?
This product is for Google Sheets, and you will need a Google account (a Gmail) to use it.
After your purchase, you will receive a link to download the file. You will download a pdf file, which contains all the necessary information, including the download link. Once you click on the download link, a window in your internet browser will ask you if you want to make a copy of the file. Click on Make a Copy, and you'll all set. The Google sheet file will be saved on your Google drive.
